How to shop
To place an item in your cart, simply click the ‘add to cart’ button. You may adjust the quantity of a product by entering the desired number and clicking the ‘recalculate’ button. When you have finished making your selections simply click the ‘checkout’ button.

Payment Options
Andao Tea accepts all major credit cards and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments through established PayPal accounts.

Product Packaging
All of our teas are packaged in sealed aluminum pouches. We try our best to maintain the freshness of all our teas by pre-packing them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

Shipping
All orders placed between Sunday and Thursday ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday ship the following Monday. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

All shipping rates are based on flat rates. Delivery times are dependent upon shipping service and destination. In the US and China, packages shipped via Standard rate shipping will arrive within 5-10 days and Express rate packages will normally arrive in less than 5 business days. Orders which qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground.

For international customers, packages shipped via Standard rate shipping will arrive within 10-12 days and Express rate packages will normally arrive within 4-5 business days. International orders which qualify for free shipping will be sent via Standard rate shipping.

International Orders
We ship to many countries around the world. In the checkout area if you don’t see your country listed let us know and we’ll get you a shipping quote immediately.

Tracking
Tracking numbers are available for all orders shipped within the United States. For all other international orders, tracking numbers will only be available for express rate shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped you can locate your tracking number in your order confirmation email.
