Zui Tai Ping best represents the traditional palate Yiwu has come to be known for; sweet and subtle at first, quickly followed by an exploding and long lasting sweet aftertaste.

Produced entirely from Autumn harvest old growth tea leaves found in Yiwu’s Da Jie or Zheng Shan and Tian Ba regions, this 2006 batch of Zui Tai Ping totaled no more than 5000 discs in production size. This Puerh is a must have for both Puerh connoisseurs as well as novices interested in learning more about one of Yunnan’s most famous tea producing regions.

Note:In an effort to increase cleanliness this tea was sun dried on an elevated platform with a retractable rain cover. Additionally, this tea was sun dried over the course of one single day; hence minimizing the likeliness of unwanted smoky odors arising during nightfall.
